Providing world class customer service and effectively communicating with various internal departments and outside callers by answering all department inbound claims calls including, but not limited to, cargo, work injury and accidents.
Claims Adjuster
An examiner is responsible for providing customer service and is the first point of contact in the event of an accident. An examiners role is to verify coverage, investigate the facts of the accident and evaluate property damage or bodily injury claims. Gathering key information to help determine liability and exposure as well as resolving claims are important pieces of the claim process. The claims department plays a crucial role in the profitability of the company.
